- Excellent customer service & communication skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to multi-task & effectively address and resolve problems
- Negotiate with Manufacturers regarding price, delivery and product
- Maximize sales/profitability utilizing knowledge of competition and marketplace
